“Hi, I’m Erla SóI. I’m a herbalist, Human Design reader, energetic practitioner, coach, and guide. I am absolutely enamored by the study of subtle energy and bringing a language to the things we all perceive in our intuitive body. I firmly believe that the intelligence of nature and our own inner compass is the blueprint for our success and actualization of our highest potential in this lifetime.
I grew up in between beautiful Iceland and the forest of Massachusetts with a yogi equestrian mamma. Raised around nature and spirituality, I knew from a young age that I wanted to guide people into alignment with their soul. I was called to study esoteric philosophy on my own evolutionary path which led me to pursue a BA in Holistic Psychology. My main interest became the psychology of the soul as I interned at a Raja yoga studio. I became fascinated with the energetic body and the power of the subconscious mind, how we create our lives based on our thought patterns. After completing my degree, I entered the natural products industry. My love for pure vitality was realized and I trained to be a herbalist, immersing myself in herbal energetics, the way in which plants support the subtle body. As I pursued my own healing journey, I began to sense the intuitive relationship we have to plants, the earth, and our transpersonal aura.
When I moved back to Iceland in 2021, I focused on my earth immersive herbal practice and committed to living in alignment with the land and my body. I began working as a herbalist but I knew deep down that I wanted to work on the level of the soul. I shifted my focus back to holistic psychology and spirituality. Human Design became foundational in my life and I officially found my framework, the modality in which I weave my foundations in spiritual growth and integrative wellness. I currently offer Human Design readings and integrative consulting for individuals and organizations remotely and at the Rvk Ritual in Reykjavik, Iceland.
My priority is honoring the wisdom of our energetic body. I trust that whatever the heart believes is possible is being manifested and will become reality. I believe each individual is here to share their light with the world and be a part of the evolution of mankind to live in deeper harmony with the planet and cosmos, to evolve with grace, living in alignment in connection to our true selves and the Earth.”

Erla is deeply connected to movement as a form of healing and connection, and believes that movement includes not only conscious exercise but also daily actions such as walking, cooking, foraging, sitting on a rock with awareness & immersing oneself in natural bodies of water. She is continually exploring what it means to be a body with the earth and how we can amplify our connection to our roots, embodying our innate cellular intelligence of nature. Connecting to our bodies is a mode of connecting to nature, as well. Erla’s passion for movement extends to physical fitness through power yoga, the Pilates method, and Barre movement. Erla is a certified Barre instructor, having studied directly with Elizabeth Whitney of the Hot 8 Yoga studio in Los Angeles, California and Sandra Helgadóttir of World Class Iceland.

Working directly with plants from her family’s ancestral lands bridges a special bond between her roots and her clients. Erla’s vision is to make these unique Icelandic plants common household names, connecting modern homes with innovative wellness modalities, spiritual connection, movement techniques, and ancient healing traditions.
