Herbal immersions with Erla Sól are meditative, healing, experiential learning sessions in nature intended to bridge your connection to your ecosystem and provide essential embodied wisdom for creating your own home apothecary. In an herbal immersion, you will meet Erla at a designated location close to Reykjavík to experience mindful, intentional, ethical, ancestral foraging techniques to create wild medicine with the land. Herbal immersions guide you to your innate earth connection, illuminating the natural intelligence of nature and the wisdom of the body. These sessions are designed to guide you to an intentional connection with the land and how to support your vitality with a self led herbal nourishment practice. Together, we will experience the spirit of the plants on location and learn about their healing properties. We will immerse in the energy of the earth, ground into the environment, and gather the sacred medicine of the land, creating a tincture for you to take home.
